Welcome to '5 in 5' where on the 5th
of each month I post 5 photos that I have
taken in 5 minutes.
A while back I bought a collection of herb plants. These were destined for the village hall, to create a communal herb garden. However, the Covid-19 lock-down means I am nurturing them at home, and the garden plan is on hold. The herbs are becoming pot bound, and luckily I managed to buy some bags of compost and collect some unwanted pots from a neighbour. A day in the garden is planned, repotting and tending these plants. They are looking healthy and are growing well. I may not want to part with them when the day comes!
Meanwhile, they sit in the area where the pond used to be. It is yet to be redesigned, and there is landscaping and clearing to be done. But it provides a nice quite oasis, and I am enjoying the herbs as they add colour and fragrance.
Thank you for visiting and I hope that what ever you are doing, you are safe and well. As always I invite you to join in this monthly 5in5 photo challenge. It's very simple, and it offers a new way of looking through the camera lens and adding a spark of new ideas.
